Gail has experience working with adolescents and adults across multiple levels of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. She has a special interest in supporting individuals living with eating disorders and trauma. Gail is passionate about helping clients feel understood and supported as they navigate healing from complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), schema therapy, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She is passionate about tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, integrating approaches thoughtfully to support both symptom relief and deeper emotional healing.
Gail prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in safety, trust, and compassion. She strives to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Gail also appreciates the thoughtful use of humor in session when appropriate, recognizing it as a meaningful way to foster connection, ease discomfort, and make the work feel more human and approachable. She values comprehensive, team-based care and has experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of providers to advocate for clients and support meaningful and sustainable progress.
