Christine is passionate about helping people form deeper connections with themselves and with what is meaningful in their lives. She aims to create a nonjudgmental, welcoming environment where clients can explore their internal worlds with compassion and curiosity. Through a collaborative process, Christine helps individuals make sense of their experiences and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-understanding.
Christine takes a person-centered approach, empowering clients by recognizing that they are the experts in their own lives and the belief that everyone has a natural capacity for growth and healing. Christine also draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), both of which emphasize self-compassion and the ability to relate to thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility and acceptance. Through IFS, she helps clients explore their internal world with curiosity, welcoming all parts of themselves to foster inner harmony. With ACT, Christine supports clients in engaging with life’s challenges in ways that align with their values. Christine’s clients appreciate that she brings her authentic self to sessions through creativity, humor, and warmth.
Christine provides mental health counseling for individuals ages 16 and older in the state of Wisconsin. Her areas of special interest include life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, insecurities, social struggles, and stress-management. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and body positive, committed to creating a safe and supportive space for all clients. She is honored to hear each client’s story and collaborate with them as they move toward greater self-awareness and wellbeing.
