I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy for young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, men’s mental health, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I offer individual therapy tailored to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life.

My therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, humor, and empathy into each session, creating a space where you can explore what’s holding you back and work toward lasting change. I draw from person-centered, somatic, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and relational therapy approaches to meet your unique needs.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in politics in the Midwest and Washington, D.C. That experience shaped my understanding of complex systems and human resilience—and deepened my passion for supporting people in making meaningful change, both internally and in their relationships.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, healing from trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
