Stephanie is a licensed professional counselor with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She is dedicated to forming meaningful connections with her clients and creates a compassionate space where they feel safe to explore, reflect, and take steps toward meaningful change.
Stephanie primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients build psychological flexibility through present-moment awareness, self-compassion, and values-based action. She also integrates elements of positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused strategies to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. With an emphasis on overall wellness, Stephanie provides therapy that honors the whole person.
Her areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and life transitions. As a Certified Menopause Mental Health Provider, she also supports women navigating the challenges of midlife, including perimenopause and menopause. In addition, Stephanie works with professionals seeking greater balance, resilience, and purpose, as well as athletes facing the pressures of performance, injuries, setbacks, competition stress, and body image concerns.
Clients appreciate Stephanie’s collaborative, holistic approach, along with the warmth, humor, and presence she brings into sessions. She sees each client as more than their struggles and is committed to empowering them to create meaningful, values-driven change and restore vitality in their lives.
Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys running, camping with her family, cooking, and reading. She believes in cultivating balance and intention in daily life - principles she carries into her work with every client.
