Hello! My name is Rebecca and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. My goal is to create a space where you can bring your whole self—without fear of judgment—and feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted.

I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. While I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, I believe that the relationship we build together is more important than a specific modality. My work is grounded in a person-centered, humanistic approach that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and values.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you who you are or what your path should look like—it's to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, honesty, and sometimes a little humor, as we make sense of what's bringing you to therapy. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore what matters most to you, and work toward the changes you want to make at a pace that feels right for you.

I am committed to providing therapy that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-racist. I strive to create an inclusive environment where every person feels safe, respected, valued, and empowered to show up as their authentic self.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, I'm here to offer a collaborative space where healing, growth, and self-understanding can happen.
